All prints will be shipped by USPS unless it’s more economical to use FedEx ground (such as orders $200 and up). All priority mail will be shipped with a tracking number and provided upon order fulfillment.
All prints 11″ x 17″ and smaller will be shipped in a flat mailer or a flat box. They will be in clear plastic bags with cardboard backing and we will label the box do not bend. While we make our best efforts to ensure no damage occurs to the prints, if it happens, please contact us. Larger non-matted prints will be shipped in a 2" tube.
If you’d prefer your prints to be shipped flat regardless of size, you may request so in the order comments. We may have to contact you for permission to charge a few dollars more if you request flat shipping and have no matted products.
