For large orders, we add insurance to the shipment for just this possibility. We usually insist shipping large orders via priority mail, which contains tracking and insurance.
If your order is damaged, please contact us at once. We may ask you to take photos of the condition and to ship them back to us. We will then reship the item to you at no charge.
