InkedFur only mats to standard frame sizes to make framing as simple and affordable as possible for our customers.
Our mat sizes:
- 5″ x 7″ prints are matted to 8″ x 10.”
- 8.5″ x 11″ prints are matted to 11″ x 14."
- 16″ x 20″ prints are matted to 16″ x 20."
Do the above sizes make sense? Not really. We are working on making it more clear on the customer frontend.
We suggest watching arts-and-crafts stores like Michael’s, AC Moore, or Jo-Ann Fabrics for frame specials. Sometimes you can get a 16″ x 20″ frame for as low as $15. With the pricing of our print, matting service, and the frame, you can have a premium-quality framed picture for under $60. The services we offer will cost you up to three times as much at framing shops.
